Welcome to OGAPY Studio. These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases of OGAPY Room Design services. By purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.

1. About OGAPY Studio

OGAPY Studio provides personalized online interior design experiences created to help clients transform their spaces through thoughtful design direction, curated selections, and realistic visualization.

OGAPY Room Design is a digital interior design service intended to provide creative guidance and a complete room concept based on each client’s preferences, lifestyle, and space.

Our services do not include architectural plans, engineering services, construction documents, contractor services, renovation management, or installation.

2. Service Description

OGAPY Room Design may include:

  • Personalized design concept;

  • Custom mood board;

  • Color palette selection;

  • Furniture and decor recommendations;

  • Layout guidance;

  • Photorealistic room visualization;

  • Curated shopping list with product recommendations.

Deliverables are created specifically for the client’s submitted room and design goals.

3. Client Responsibilities

To create a personalized design, clients agree to provide accurate and complete information, including:

  • Room photos;

  • Measurements;

  • Existing furniture details;

  • Lifestyle preferences;

  • Design inspiration;

  • Project requirements.

The quality and accuracy of the final design depend on the information provided by the client.

OGAPY Studio is not responsible for limitations, inaccuracies, or design adjustments resulting from incomplete or incorrect information submitted by the client.

4. Project Timeline

The design process begins after the client has submitted all required project information through the OGAPY Studio client portal.

Final delivery is typically completed within 5–7 business days after receiving the completed briefing, room photos, measurements, and project details.

Timelines may be affected by delays in receiving required information or communication from the client.

5. Design Process

After purchase, clients receive access to their private client portal, where they can submit project information, upload files, and follow project progress.

OGAPY Studio will develop a personalized design direction based on the client’s preferences, space, and project goals.

6. Revisions

OGAPY Room Design includes revisions according to the package purchased.

Revisions are intended for adjustments within the original design direction.

Requests involving a complete change of style, new room requirements, significant scope changes, or additional work may require additional fees.

7. Furniture & Product Recommendations

OGAPY Studio may provide furniture and decor recommendations from third-party retailers.

Product links are provided for convenience and inspiration. OGAPY Studio does not guarantee:

  • Product availability;

  • Pricing;

  • Shipping times;

  • Product quality;

  • Retailer policies.

All purchases are made directly between the client and the selected retailer.

8. Payments

Payment is required before OGAPY Studio begins creating the personalized design experience.

By completing a purchase, the client authorizes OGAPY Studio to begin providing customized creative services.

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because OGAPY Room Design involves personalized creative work created specifically for each client, refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project.

If work has already begun, including review of project information, design development, or creation of personalized materials, refunds may not be available.

Clients are encouraged to contact OGAPY Studio with any questions before purchasing.

10. Intellectual Property

All design concepts, mood boards, visualizations, documents, and creative materials created by OGAPY Studio remain the intellectual property of OGAPY Studio.

Clients receive permission to use the final design materials for their personal residential project only.

Materials may not be reproduced, resold, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

11. Visualization Disclaimer

Photorealistic visualizations are design representations created to help clients visualize the proposed concept.

Actual results may vary due to differences in product availability, lighting conditions, materials, construction conditions, and other real-world factors.

12. Limitation of Liability

OGAPY Studio provides interior design guidance and visualization services. Clients are responsible for final decisions regarding purchases, installations, contractors, and implementation of the design.

OGAPY Studio is not responsible for third-party products, services, installations, or modifications made after delivery of the design package.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing OGAPY Room Design, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
