Is the design process completely online?

Yes. The entire process happens online through your private OGAPY project experience. You will share your space details, upload your files, receive project updates, communicate with our team, and access your final design deliverables all in one place.

Do I need to know my design style before starting?

Not at all. Our discovery process helps us understand your preferences, lifestyle, and the feeling you want your space to create. You do not need to know design terminology — we guide you through the process.

Which OGAPY service is right for me?

OGAPY Room Design is ideal for clients who want a complete room transformation, including the overall concept, layout, and selection of key furniture pieces. OGAPY Styling is perfect for clients who already have their space and want to elevate it with carefully curated decor, accessories, and finishing touches.

Can I purchase more than one service?

Yes. Services can be combined depending on your needs. You can start with a Room Design and add OGAPY Styling to complete your space with carefully curated finishing touches.

THE PROCESS

What happens after I purchase my service?

After your purchase is confirmed, you’ll receive access to your OGAPY project briefing. Simply share the information, photos, and inspiration needed for your selected service. Once we receive everything we need, your project moves into design development.

What information do I need to provide?

This depends on the service you choose. Room Design requires photos, basic room measurements, and inspiration images. Styling requires photos of the area you want to style, your style preferences, and a few simple details or measurements when needed to ensure the selected pieces fit your space.

How should I take photos of my space?

Take clear, well-lit photos that show the area you want us to work with. For Room Design, include multiple views of the room, existing furniture, windows, doors, and architectural details. For Styling, focus on the specific area you want to elevate and make sure the space and existing pieces are clearly visible.

TIMELINE & DELIVERY

How long does my project take?

Project timelines vary depending on the service selected. Most projects are completed within 5–7 business days after we receive all required information and materials.

When does my timeline start?

Your project timeline begins once we receive your completed project briefing, photos, and any other information required for your selected service.

What will I receive at the end of my project?

Your final deliverables depend on the service you choose.

Do I purchase the products myself?

Yes. Your final shopping list includes carefully selected recommendations with direct links to the products. You can purchase the items whenever you are ready and bring your design or styling concept to life at your own pace.

Can you work with items I already own?

Absolutely. OGAPY Studio is designed to enhance your existing space. We consider the pieces you already love and create recommendations that complement your furniture, style, and overall vision.

Do you work with specific stores?

We curate selections based on your design goals, style preferences, and budget. We choose pieces from a variety of trusted sources to create a cohesive and personalized look for your space.

REVISIONS & COMMUNICATION

Can I request changes?

For the OGAPY Room Design service, one round of item refinements (up to 3 specific items) is included. If there are selected pieces that do not fully align with your vision, you can share your feedback and we will make adjustments to better suit your preferences. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your final design.

How do I communicate during my project?

All project communication happens digitally through email and your OGAPY project briefing. This keeps your information, preferences, and project details organized throughout the design process.
